After 3 months out there Back and around Asia. First month and a half in Perhentian island Besar on the east coast of Malaysia where all or most of the diving was done then around Thailand from south to north around through Laos and down to Indonesia Bali, Lombok. A lot of nice things to see under there so wanted to share this video of my diving and I’ll be putting some pictures up later on eventually ; )!!! Enjoy!

Here and there, And around!
After a short stay in Chiang Mai it’s of to Pai were we had as planed our cooking class! Including Mango sticky rice deeelicous! I already miss it! Pai being nice and calm we decide to stay a while and relax before renting some motorbikes to head north-ouest in direction of Mae hong son. On the road is where we see the most beautiful and interesting things from huge sceneries from the top of the mountain to the calm and relaxing rice fields. Hidden villages and mudy roads are worth the detour and makes us feel much closer to the local people which are all very kind! Back in Pai we head more North to Chiang Rai and strait to the golden triangle were the impressive Mekong marks a clear border with Laos which is our next destination. Going to Luang Probang via Luang nam tha and Vientiane we speed through Laos before taking the night train down to Bangkok whilst doing a small pit stop at Ayutthaya were old temples that remain can still be seen. From Bangkok Strait to Bali, Denpasar were a little stay in Kuta for some surfing is a must but quickly the trafic make us bounce over to Gili Trawagan for a break from all the running around and enjoying Island life once more!
On the road again!
After almost 2 months of diving on the island, it’s time to get back on the road! From Perhentian island it’s of to Kota Bharu to take a flight to KL. Since its three of us now (Robin & Solenne & me) a little sight seeing in town is a good way to refresh were everything is in this unstopable growing city. The old house is still standing where it was, surrounded by new buildings where the jungle and monkeys used to rule the place. So much changed since last year es una locura! Next stop Phuket for a pit stop at Phi Phi to finally end up in Rai Leh where climbing, beautiful beaches, caves and sunset are on rendez-vous! Whilst the place is beautiful the people have already seen too many spoiled tourist or been spoiled by them.. After a beautiful stay a longtail boat takes us to Krabi where a little walk through the city let us discover some Thai smiles and the simplicity of marketing around here.
Now it’s of to Chiang Mai for some trekking and sight seeing. A cooking course is already in our plans. Yes food is a very big part of this trip (3 times a day or 4. : ).

Genève-rolle And Bol d’Or
Here are some sweet pictures of this years Geneva-rolle and Bol d’Or. These were two regattas which were completely opposite with up to 25knots of wind at the Geneva rolle and a 3rd place. And as for the bol d’or a maximum of 7-8knots were forced to abandon because auf the little wind… so there you have it. checkcheckcheckitout!
